Mr. Arijit Ganguly, learned advocate appearing for the State has handed over photostat copies of the supplementary charge-sheet, reports of F.S.L. and C.F.S.L. to Mr. Soubhik Mitter, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. Learned advocate for the petitioner claims to inspect the PEN drive. Such inspection would be allowed in case the State relies upon the same in course of the proceedings.

A copy of this order may be retained with the original case diary of Jaynagar Police Station Case No.60 of 2015 dated 24.01.2015.

Learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Baruipur, 24 Parganas (South) would take steps to expedite the progress of the case.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3755 of 2022 is

disposed of.
