Petitioners have filed this writ petition being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in furnishing copies of the seized documents in question to the petitioners, in spite of specific request as appears from petitioners' letter dated 1st March, 2021 being annexure P/3 to the writ petition petitioners submit that thereafter a series of reminder has been given to the respondent concerned but till date aforesaid request of the petitioners has not been considered.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case this writ petitioner being WPA 22738 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Commissioner of State Tax/respondent No. 2 to

consider the aforesaid request of the petitioners dated 1st March, 2021 positively by furnishing the certified copies of documents mentioned in the aforesaid letter to the petitioners within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order subject to compliance of any other formalities which shall be intimated to the petitioners.

With this observation and direction this writ petition stands disposed of.
