Mr. Zeeshanuz Zaman ... for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to dispose of Title Suit No. 33 of 2021 expeditiously.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure is pending. He prays that a direction be passed upon the learned trial judge to dispose of the amendment application expeditiously.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocates representing them before the learned trial judge.

From the ordersheets appended to this application this Court finds that 20th November, 2025 is fixed for hearing of the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure. In view thereof, C.O. 3520 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, (Senior Division), 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to take up the hearing of the application under Order 6 Rule 17 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date fixed i.e. on 20th November, 2025, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and to make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. No order as to costs.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
