Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the State Administrative tribunal has jurisdiction over the subject-matter of the present matter as such, the present writ petition is not maintainable, he seeks leave to withdraw the matter and to file afresh before the appropriate forum of law.

In view of such position, W.P.A. 22735 of 2022 is dismissed as withdrawn without any order as to costs. This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to expouse his cause in accordance with law before the appropriate forum of law.
