Debasish Kumar Dey Mr. Prasad Bhattacharyya ...for the petitioners The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there are two typographical errors in the order dated 25th September, 2025.

By the order dated September 25, 2025, a direction for expeditious hearing of some applications was passed upon the learned Trial Judge.

The learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore is the learned Trial Judge. However, in the order dated 25th September, 2025, through inadvertence, direction for expeditious hearing was passed upon the 'learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court at Barrackpore' instead of the 'learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore'.

Let the aforesaid errors be rectified.

This order shall form part of an order dated 25th September, 2025.
