In spite of service of notice upon the authority of Hanubhunia No.1 Jr. High School, Purba Medinipur being respondent no.7 said school is not represented. Petitioner made an application for transfer on the ground of distance on Utsashree portal on 6th July, 2022. Since petitioner is a single teacher in the subject in the school, during course of hearing it has been apprised by the learned advocate representing the petitioner that vide memo dated 13th August, 2024 the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Purba Medinipur has requested all heads of institution under Nandigram II Block to send name of a teacher who can

man the post of the petitioner for ensuring local arrangement in the school in term of relevant Government circular which would facilitate transfer of the petitioner to other school.

The memo dated 13th August, 2024 issued by the District Inspector of Schools (SE) is placed before this Court and the same is taken on record.

In view of the steps taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) this Court finds no further order need be passed on this writ petition. In the event a willing teacher is found who can man the post of the petitioner steps shall be taken by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE) to transfer the petitioner based on her transfer application dated 6th July, 2022.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
