Mukherjee, Mr. Kaushik Chowdhury ... for the petitioners Mr. Subhabrata Datta, Mr. Banibrata Datta ... for the State Mr. Aranya Saha ... for the respondent no. 5 After hearing learned counsel and considering that the prayer is for celebrating Durga Puja, which is due to start from 1st October, 2022, WPA 22736 of 2022 is disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 2 being the Sub-Divisional Officer, Rampurhat, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners within 24 hours from today. The decision shall be communicated to the petitioners by 6 p.m. tomorrow, i.e. 30th September, 2022. The respondent no. 2 shall hear all the necessary parties before coming to the decision.

The petitioners shall be at liberty of communicating this order to the concerned Authority on the basis of the order being dictated in open Court. ( Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
