Sahajahan Ali ...for the Petitioner Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the private opposite party who is the mother-in-law of the petitioner has filed two separate complaints against the petitioner on almost identical allegations, one being CGR Case No. 4565 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas and the other being AC No. 5833 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas. The petitioner seeks trial of both the cases together by the same learned Magistrate.

In view of the fact that both the cases have been filed by the private opposite party against the petitioner and contain similar allegations, both the cases be tried together by the same learned Magistrate for the sake of convenience and to avoid conflict of decisions.

Accordingly CGR Case No. 4565 of 2019 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas be transferred to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas for disposal along with AC No. 5833 of 2019 pending before him.

Learned Judicial Magistrate, 10th Court, Alipore, South 24Parganas is directed to transmit the case record to the learned Judicial Magistrate, 7th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas within one month from the date of communication of this order. CRR No. 3951 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
