Re: CRAN 1 of 2024

1. This is an application for correction or modification of the order dated 17th September, 2024. It has been clearly stated in the petition that Section 6 of the POCSO Act was added inadvertently.

2. In view thereof, Paragraphs 4 and 8 of the original petition stands corrected and the prayer is allowed. Section 6 of the POCSO Act was not added in the FIR.

3. The first paragraph of the order dated 17th September, 2024 shall stand corrected by deleting paragraph 6 and replacing it by paragraph 4.

4. Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of. (Soumen Sen, J.) (Uday Kumar, J.)
