Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in connection with the instant case and he is in custody since 03.10.2024. Petitioner claims to be an Indian Citizen and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the Case Diary which reflects that the State has relied upon certain documents of neighbouring country reflecting the Identity Card of the present petitioner.

Having considered the materials available in the Case Diary, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1766 of 2025 is dismissed. Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
