Chattopadhyay, learned advocate representing the State respondents has submitted that concerned authority of the School Education Department, Government of West Bengal has accorded approval for initiation of disciplinary proceedings against the respondent no. 9. In support of such submission, Memo dated 9th June, 2025 issued by Secretary (Law), School Education Department, is filed before this Court and same is taken on record. Copies of Memo dated 9th June, 2025 is made over to the learned advocates representing the petitioners and West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. In view of grant of approval thereby permitting concerned authority of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education to initiate disciplinary

proceedings against respondent no. 9, it appears that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed. No further order needs be passed on this writ petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of.
