Due to bona fide error, in the judgment dated January 20, 2026, whereby the matter had been remanded, it was erroneously recorded that a formal decree be drawn up, whereas no formal decree is required to be drawn up in respect of an order of remand.

Accordingly, we make it clear that the direction to draw up a formal decree, incorporated in the judgment dated January 20, 2026 passed in FA 393 of 2025 along with CAN 1 of 2025, need not be carried out and be treated to be redundant.
