Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 22743 of 2022 is disposed of by directing the Assistant Returning Officer, Co-operative Election Commission/ respondent no.7 to initiate the election proceeding in question and complete the same within four months from the date of communication of this order.
