Heard learned lawyers for both the parties.

Petitioners are in custody for about one year and five months. They renew their bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the victim shows petitioner is the principal accused who had murdered the agent of a finance company who had come to recover dues. 4.

In view of the materials on record and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. 5.

Accordingly the application for bail, is thus, rejected. (Gaurang Kanth, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
