The Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Kalna, Purba Burdwan has categorically observed regarding the non-existence of such marriage certificate and on the basis of such foundation, the investigation having progressed and arrived at its final conclusion. Having regard to the manner in which the certificate was obtained by the petitioner as is claimed by the petitioner, I am of the opinion that at this stage, there is no requirement by this court to interfere in this present revisional application. Petitioner is at liberty to canvass all his points at the appropriate stage of the trial. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3759 of 2022 is disposed of.
