The private respondents are not represented today before this Court despite service of notice through the police.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he was a lawful occupant of the premises-in-question. He claims that he has been forcefully dispossessed by the private respondents while he was in custody. He is unable to enter into his premises.

While the petitioner may have made out a case for entering into his premises and more so for the deliberate and wilful absence of the private respondents, given the fact that the address of the petitioner being extremely vague, this Court cannot pass any order in favour of the petitioner.

The O. C., Bagnan Police Station shall, however, ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
