1. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.

2. The petitioner is absconding since 4th July, 2023 and has not responded the notice issued under Section 41A Cr.P.C and it is not denied by the petitioner. Prima facie, it appears from the case diary that it is a case of money laundering and bank fraud in which various persons are involved and prima facie, it shows that Aadhaar Card of the petitioner has been used for transaction.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature and extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and there had been transaction in the bank account of the petitioner for which he could not offer any explanation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.
