The learned advocate representing the petitioner by placing before this Court a Certificate issued by the Secretary of the Dera Samabay Krishi Unnayan Samity Ltd. dated 22nd September, 2025 would submit that the respondents who had taken loan had repaid the entire loan amount together interest to the extent of Rs.2,50000/- and the aforesaid amount has been received by the writ petitioner in full and final satisfaction of its claim. Let a copy of the communication dated 22nd September, 2025 as placed before this Court be taken on record.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 22515 of 2025 is dismissed as having become infructuous.
