Tumpa Mistri Mr. Nilanjan Adhikari ..for the petitioners Mr. Santanu Chatterjee ...for the opposite party A compromise petition being CRAN 9 of 2023 ahs been jointly filed by the petitioners and the opposite party stating that the dispute between the same has been amicably settled and a divorce has been obtained through MAT Suit No. 2 of 2012 instituted before the learned Additional District Judge, 4th Court, Alipore, North 24 Parganas based on the averments made in paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of the aforesaid compromise petition.

Exercising the provisions of Section 320 of the Cr. P.C., CRAN No. 9 of 2023 is allowed.

The proceedings of the complaint case No. 9114 of 2011 pending before the CJM, Alipore, South 24 Parganas under subsequent M. Execution Case No. 9114 of 2011 pending before the learned 6th Court of the Judicial Magistrate at Alipore are quashed.

The instant revisional application and connected application shall stand disposed of.
