1. All the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties to this revisional application are present.

2. Ms. Sreyashee Biswas, learned counsel who usually appears on behalf of the State, is requested to represent the State in this case. Her appointment be regularised by the competent authority.

3. Copy of the revisional application as well as compromise application being, CRAN 1 of 2022 has been handed over to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

4. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as opposite party no.2/de facto complainant have submitted before this Court that the dispute between the parties has already been patched up

at the instance of the elders.

5. This revisional application has been filed with a prayer for quashing of the proceeding in connection with A.C.G.R. Case No. 2003 of 2022, corresponding to Rajabagan Police Station Case No. 82 of 2022 dated 12.05.2022 under Sections 324/506/506/114 of the Indian Penal Code presently pending before the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

6. The instant joint petition being CRAN 1 of 2022 speaks about volume of compromise between the parties with a prayer for quashing of the proceeding. All the parties to this revisional application endorsed their signature on the joint petition being, CRAN 1 of 2022.

7. Considering the terms and conditions of the compromise petition, I do not find any reason to stand in the way of compromise.

8. Accordingly, the prayer for quashing the proceeding adduced on behalf of both the parties stands allowed.

9. The proceeding in connection with A.C.G.R. Case No. 2003 of 2022, corresponding to Rajabagan Police Station Case No. 82 of 2022 dated 12.05.2022 under Sections 324/506/506/114 of the Indian Penal Code presently pending before the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Alipore, South 24 Parganas stands quashed.

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional

application along with compromise application being, CRAN 1 of 2022 stand disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings. 12.
