The writ petitioner is aggrieved by failure on the part of the Berhampore Women Police Station to investigate into of FIR No. 981 of 2022 and FIR No. 126 of 2022.

The private respondents have obtained bail in connection with two FIRs.

It is submitted that investigation into two FIRs have been completed and charge sheets have been filed.

5.

Since the petitioner complains that the private respondents continue to threaten him, he may lodge a further complaint before the Berhampore Women Police Station and appropriate steps may be taken.

This Court finds no inaction on the part of the police.

7.

The writ petition is disposed of.

8.

There will be order as to costs.
