The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such, required to be disposed of. None of the respective parties are present.

The instant criminal reviaional application has been preferred against the impugned orders dated 26.09.2011 and 02.11.2011 passed by the learned Special Judge under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 6th Court at Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

Perused the contentions of the petition as well as the impugned orders. The instant revisional application has been filed for taking cognizance on the complaint filed by the trial court and rejection of application praying for bail in connection with Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act. This Court does not intend to interfere with the proceedings under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act at this stage.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed.

Interim order, if any stand vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
