Case No. 1297 of 2011 (T.R. 373/2016 CIS GR 2471 of 2016) whereby the present petitioners have been acquitted. Let the said report be kept on record.

It has been further submitted that the petitioner No. 2 has expired and the same has been recorded in the aforesaid judgment. The report filed by the learned advocate for the State be kept on record.
