Report filed by the State is also taken on record. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is the owner of the flat in question. Recently, she lost her parents. After this, the private respondents who are the other relatives of the petitioner had been pestering her. Initially it was confined to abuses. Thereafter the private respondents started to assault the petitioner. The petitioner approached the police station with a complaint, but no steps were taken.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits as follows. The allegations made in the petition are denied. The petitioner is a quarrelsome lady and she has been creating trouble in the locality. The private respondents have responded adequately to the notice issued by the police under Section 41A of the Code.

Learned advocate for the State relies on the report and submits that the prime grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. An FIR has been registered on the complaint of the petitioner.

It appears that the police have already taken steps on the complaint of the petitioner. A specific FIR has been registered.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

Let the investigation be concluded expeditiously and in accordance with law.

The police shall keep a sharp vigil at the locale and ensure that no breach of peace takes place.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
