Sri Binod Kumar Jaiswal Mr. Subhajit Chowdhury Mr. Debasis Kar ...for the petitioners This is an application for expeditious hearing of an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure for police help filed in connection with Ejectment Suit no. 99 of 2009 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that the said application is otherwise ready for hearing and has been fixed for hearing on 31st January, 2024.

In view of such submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, the revisional application being CO 3277 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Barrackpore to take up the hearing of the application on the next date fixed i.e., on 31st January, 2024 and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably on or before the end of March, 2024 without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
