This is an application for expeditious hearing of Misc. Case No.55 of 2015 (Arbi) pending before the learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj. It appears from the record that the said Misc. Case was heard in part and thereafter the court is lying vacant due to retirement of the regular Presiding Officer on account of superannuation. CO 3276 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned District Judge, Uttar Dinajpur at Raiganj or the learned Judge in-Charge to dispose of the Misc. Case No.55 of 2015 (Arbi) as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
