1. The petitioners complain that the private respondents are violating an order of injunction dated 25th July, 2022 passed by the learned 12th Bench, City Civil Court at Calcutta in Title Suit No. 1559 of 2022.

2. The petitioners have applied in the Court below for a direction on the police to enforce the order of injunction.

3. In that view of the matter, the petitioners may obtain appropriate orders from the Court below in the pending application. In the event of any further violation of interim order, the petitioners have remedy, inter alia, under Order 39, Rule 2A of the Code of Civil Procedure and other civil remedies sought may be pursued in accordance with law.

4. Posta Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and strictly comply with

any order of the Civil Court that may be passed on them specifically.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
