Today, learned Advocate for the appellant says that the order dated July 17, 2018, which was passed by the Assessor Collector (South), Kolkata Municipal Corporation, was challenged by way of a writ petition before a learned Single Judge of this Court. Such writ petition has been dismissed. The appellant wishes to prefer an appeal from the order of the learned Single Judge.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing remains in this appeal. The appeal against the dismissal of the writ petition challenging the order dated July 17, 2018, will be heard as and when filed.

M.A.T. No.1645 of 2022 is, accordingly, disposed of along with IA CAN 1 of 2022.
