Despite service of notice, the State was not represented yesterday or today.

The petitioner is aggrieved by parking of Totos in the lane which gives him access to his land. The petitioner submits that earlier a local political party office was existing thereat which has been demolished after intervention of this Court. The Panskura Police Station, Purba Medinipur shall ensure that there is absolutely no obstruction to the free ingress and egress to the petitioner's land by any person either by party or Totos or any vehicles whatsoever.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
