1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner seeks transfer of electricity connection. The petitioner purchased the subject land from the erstwhile owner by virtue of a conveyance registered in the month of February, 2023.

3. Grievance of the petitioner is that, despite filing an application seeking transfer of electricity connection, the same has not been considered till date.

4. From the documents annexed to the writ petition it appears that, there is no receipt showing proof of filing of the application seeking transfer of the electricity connection.

5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by giving liberty to the petitioner to make proper application before the concerned authority seeking transfer of electricity connection, in accordance with law.

6. In the event such an application is made, the same shall be considered and dispose of by the concerned authority, in accordance with law at the earliest.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
