This is an application for expeditious hearing of an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure in connection with Title Suit No.30 of 2023 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna, District-Purba Bardhaman. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the next date for hearing of the said application is fixed on 14th December, 2023.

In view of such submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3278 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna, District-Purba Bardhaman to take up the hearing of the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure on the next date of hearing, and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed

without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocates for the parties on usual formalities.
