1. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is custody of 115 days and has been falsely implicated in this case.

2. Learned prosecution raised objection and address to this court that injury report as well as the statement of the victim.

3. Having heard to the learned counsel and perusal of the content of the FIR as well as the injury report, the nature of injury can be found to be serious. That apart, statement of accused and other witness coupled with the fact that the charge has already been framed and the date is fixed for evidence of prosecution witness. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to allow the prayer at this stage.

4. Thus, the application for bail in respect of petitioner is rejected.

5. Accordingly, the application being, CRM(M) 1767 of 2025 stands disposed of as rejected.

6. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
