Statements of witnesses show there was a quarrel and the petitioner hit his brother-in-law, who suffered injuries and died. 4.

In view of gravity of the offence and the principal role played by the petitioner, we are not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

CRM (DB) 3100 of 2024 is, thus, dismissed.
