1. The petitioner submits that the certified copies of the records relating to Title Suit No. 79 of 2019 which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.) at Uluberia, Howrah have not been handed over to the petitioner. However, the records reveal that Xerox certified copy of the plaint was handed over along with an application.

2. Under such circumstances, this court is unable to understand the exact nature of the prayer of the petitioner.

3. However, if there are other documents on record, which have not been supplied to the petitioner, the petitioner may make a proper application with the list of the documents required and the learned court shall ensure that the same are supplied by the department, in accordance with the usual practice.

1. Accordingly, the revisional application is accordingly disposed of.

2. There shall be no order as to costs.
