This matter relates to appointment in the post of Group-D in Vivekananda Satabarshiki Mahavidyalaya, Manikpara, Paschim Medinipur. The selection process was initiated in the year 2006. Record reveals that the respondent no.6 has already been appointed in the said post. I am of the view that with the passage of time, this writ petition has become infructuous.

In view thereof, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. All connected applications, if any, are also dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
