Learned lawyer for the de-facto complainant opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners had looted the shop of the de-facto complainant and thereafter set it on fire. In view of the gravity of the offence, we are of opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners are necessary and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4817 of 2022 is dismissed.
