This revisional application has been filed by the husband in Matrimonial Suit No.822 of 2015, pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 1st Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

The petitioner prays for a direction upon the learned court below to dispose of this matrimonial suit expeditiously. It appears to be an innocuous prayer.

It also appears from the record that the crossexamination of P.W.1 was going on. If the husband pays the maintenance pendente lite as directed by the learned court below month by month without any default, the learned court below shall made all endeavour to dispose of the matrimonial suit within six months from the next date fixed. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim and counter-claim of the parties and the

learned court below will dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in accordance with law.

The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application along with a server copy of this order upon the opposite party within a week from date. The revisional application is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
