The petitioner is aggrieved by the illegal forceful encroachment at the behest of the private respondents. To that effect, he has approached the Officer-in-charge of Rajapur Police Station, but, the disturbances including the threats and harassment continued at the behest of the private respondents.

Having considered the time period which has elapsed, I direct that

the officer-in-charge of Rajapur Police Station and/or the officer-in-charge of Uluberia Police Station to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 22406 of 2023 is disposed of.
