Learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that, the writ petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of the pending original application. She points out that, the original application is posted for motion on July 2, 2024. State and the private respondent are represented. Learned Advocate appearing for the private respondent submits that, the private respondent is the original applicant before the Tribunal. When, no interim order was granted by the Tribunal and the matter was posted after an year, the writ petitioner herein, as a respondent in the original application, did not object thereto. It is subsequent to the High Court granting an interim order on August 18, 2023 that the writ petitioner

deems it appropriate that the original proceeding should be disposed of expeditiously.

The original application was filed in 2023. The next date fixed by the Tribunal is July 2, 2024. We are informed that, there are a lot of matters pending before the Tribunal and that, the Tribunal is granting such dates in view of the congestion of its diary.

Since the original application was filed this year only, we do not deem it appropriate to intervene at this stage. WPLRT 108 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
