This is an application for expeditious disposal of the revisional application being Criminal Revision No.38 of 2019, pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Chandannagore. I have heard the learned Advocate for the petitioner and gone through the materials on record.

I am of the view that the instant revision can be disposed of with the assistance of the learned Public Prosecutor-in-Charge. Mrs. Debjani Sahu, learned Advocate is requested to assist this Court.

Appointment of Mrs. Debjani Sahu be regularized by the learned Legal Remembrancer, Government of West Bengal. In the instant revision, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the learned First Court in revision to dispose of Criminal Revision No.38 of 2019 expeditiously.

The said revision was filed in connection with an application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure claiming maintenance against the petitioner by his wife for all practical purposes which requires to be heard and disposed of expeditiously. Therefore, the learned Additional Sessions Judge at Chandannagore is requested to take all endevour to dispose of Criminal Revision No.38 of 2019 within four weeks after vacation. The learned Additional Sessions Judge is also requested to fix the date of final hearing of the said revisional application only after giving notice to both the parties.

With the above order, the instant revision is disposed of. In the meantime, the execution proceeding initiated by the opposite party in the Trial Court be stayed till disposal of the Criminal Revision No.38 of 2019.

The instant revision, is, thus, disposed of.
