The writ petition, according to the petitioner, has become infructuous with the passage of time as the principal grievance of the petitioner has been mitigated on the issuance of the appointment letter offering the petitioner the job. The petitioner says that he is desirous in accepting the appointment and will join within the timeframe provided. The learned Advocate for the respondents, on instruction, also accepts the same.

Nothing further, therefor, remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition and the same is accordingly disposed of.
