The petitioner intends to go abroad for his employment and undertakes that he would make himself available as and when called for by the learned trial court.

In view of the criminal case being pending and the nature of the criminal case which has been instituted, I direct that if the petitioner or any of his relation deposits the title deed of a property for going abroad with an undertaking that he would make himself available as and when called for by the learned trial court and would not create any impediment to the progress of the trial, the learned trial court would, on such undertaking being given and such document being submitted, allow the prayer of the petitioner to visit abroad for the purposes of his employment. Necessary directions be given to the police authorities by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 2nd Additional Court, Basirhat, North 24 Parganas in connection with Basirhat Police Station Case No.248 of 2022 dated 23.04.2022.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3581 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
