Despite service of notice, Bellanduru Police Station, Bengaluru City is not represented. Affidavitof-service filed in Court today be taken on record. Counsel for the Bank also submits that this Court's order was independently communicated by them to the Bellanduru Police Station, Bengaluru City, Karnataka.

In terms of the order dated 24th November, 2022, the order of freezing of the Bank Account of the petitioner bearing Account No. 916020025489189 maintained with Axis Bank Limited, Pandua Branch, Hooghly shall stand unfrozen forthwith.

The petitioner shall be entitled to operate the said Bank Account from today.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
