By this writ petition petitioner has challenged the impugned order dated 17th August, 2022 of the appellate authority concerned under the WBGST Act. I have gone through the said order and finding no infirmity and the reasoning given there for dismissal of the appeal of the petitioner and as such I am not inclined to interfere with the same and accordingly this writ petition being WPA 22764 of 2022 is dismissed.
