Petitioner claims that he has been cultivating the 25.09.2025 Court No. 35 D/L. No.62 Rakib land for the last 15 years and is at present obstructed by the private respondents while carrying on cultivation. Learned advocate for the State is present and submits that although, a document has been enclosed which is dated 07.09.2025 with a prayer for registering G.D. Entry but such copy of the information has not been received by the Inspector-in-Charge of Goalpokhar Police Station.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner approaches the local police station the concerned police station will ensure that the petitioner is not faced with inconveniences. However, it is clarified that the right, title, interest and possession of the property be not interfered by the police authorities but they would oversee that there is breach of the peace and tranquility at the locale.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 22759 of 2025 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
