Banik, Mr. Amit Singh, Ms. Jyoti Agarwal ....for the respondents Although by an order dated September 25, 2019, passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, a report was called from the local police station, having considered the whole gamut of the matter in detail, this Court is pleased to pass the following orders,

(1) The dispute between the parties are civil in nature,

(2) The parties may approach before the civil forum to seek remedy of their grievances against one and another.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Since no affidavits have been filed by the respondents, the allegations made in the writ

application shall not be deemed to have been admitted.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
