Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits the petitioner is in custody for two years and three months. Petitioner renews his prayer for bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have gone through the evidence of victim. She had identified the petitioner. Her evidence is to be seen in the backdrop of other evidence on record.

Keeping in mind the aforesaid circumstances and as the prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier, we are not inclined to grant prayer for bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
