Statements of witnesses show petitioner is the principal assailant. The victim suffered fracture. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 4793 of 2022 is dismissed.
