The petitioner has filed the present application being CAN 1 of 2025 praying for recalling of the order dated October 24 2025 wherein this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default for none appearance of the petitioner when the matter was called.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ill health of the learned advocate for the petitioner, the learned advocate could not appear before this Court and thus this Court has dismissed the writ petition for default.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Perused the application, this Court finds that sufficient cause has been shown for none appearance of the petitioner before this Court on October 24, 2025. Accordingly, the order dated October 24, 2025 is recalled.

5. WPA 23279 of 2024 is restored in its original file.

6. CAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.

7. Let the writ petition be listed on March 9, 2026 under the heading "Motion".
