Having heard learned counsels for the parties and on perusal of the order dated 29th December, 2025 passed by the Trial Court, it appears that the Trial Court rejected the 8naraji9 petition filed by the de-facto complainant and accepted the final report submitted by the investigating agency. Let a copy of the order dated 29th December, 2025 passed by the Trial Court is taken on record.

Under such circumstances, these revisional applications become infructuous.

Accordingly, both the revisional applications being CRR 4286 of 2025 and CRR 4343 of 2025 arising out of the same complaint are, thus, disposed of. Consequently, all connected pending applications are also disposed of.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the leaned Trial Court for information.
